ABOUT US

Heritage in Every Drop

For the Nassif family, olive oil is not a business — it’s a lineage.
A heritage carried through hands, hearts, and generations; born from the
soil of Kooraa, Lebanon, and nourished by love, resilience, and time.

The Grandfather’s Return

The story began decades ago with the grandfather, who returned from
Venezuela to his homeland, bringing with him not only experience and
dreams but a renewed love for the olive trees of Kooraa. From his passion,
the family built its first olive press — a small olive mill where every harvest
was treated as an act of devotion.

The Father and Mother :

Then came Nassif, the father — a man of patience and earth, who believed that every olive holds a story, and every drop of oil carries the memory of its land.
By his side, the mother nurtured the details that made each bottle special — the warmth, the care, and the precision that turned craft into art.

The Next Generation: Innovation Meets Tradition

Their children, Jamil and Bilinda, inherited this devotion and gave it new life.
Jamil envisioned a brand that could honor tradition while embracing innovation—transforming the family’s timeless craft into a premium olive oil identity that could represent Lebanon on a global scale.
Bilinda infused the story with creativity and design — crafting Oli Jamil as a brand that speaks not only of flavor, but of soul, roots, and emotion.

Oli Jamil: A Family Legacy

Together, the Nassif family built Oli Jamil — a name that unites heritage and modern identity.
Their bottles carry more than liquid gold; they hold the spirit of home, the dialogue between past and future, and the artistry of generations who believe that beauty and authenticity belong together.

A Global Lebanese Brand

Today, Oli Jamil stands as a premium Lebanese olive oil brand, rooted in family legacy and born from the union of tradition and modern craftsmanship.
It is a brand that bridges continents and generations — from the grandfather’s Venezuelan journey back to the groves of Kooraa — sharing with the world not just olive oil, but the story of a family who turned their heritage into art.

More Than Olive Oil

Because for the Nassif family, making olive oil is not a job —
it’s a way of remembering who they are.
